Terms of use
Last updated 2026-09-17. Plain English, because a games site does not need six pages of legalese.
Using the site
By opening a game here you agree to these terms. If you do not, the remedy is simple: close the tab. Nothing on this site requires an account, so there is nothing to cancel and no subscription to unwind.
Everything is free to play. There is no time limit, no paid unlock, no premium currency and no wall between you and the end of a game. The site is paid for by advertising, which is covered in the privacy policy.
What you may and may not do
Play as much as you like, on as many devices as you like, and tell anyone you want about it. Linking to any page here is welcome and needs no permission.
What is not allowed: republishing a game on another site or in an app, embedding a game in a frame on a domain that is not ours, stripping the site's branding, scraping the catalogue in bulk, or selling access to anything here. Automated traffic, click fraud against the site's advertising, and attempts to break the leaderboards or the progress service are also out.
If you want to put one of these games on your own site, ask. The answer is often yes, and there is a proper way to do it that will not break when a game is updated.
Who owns what
Every game on this site was built in-house, and the code, artwork, audio, level design and written descriptions belong to DevAI Games. Nothing here is licensed from a game feed, which is also why you will not find these titles under the same names anywhere else.
If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, say so through the contact page with enough detail to identify the work and we will look at it properly rather than ignoring it.
Your progress and your scores
Progress is stored in your own browser, with an optional copy on our server against an anonymous player id so it can survive a cleared cache. We will make a reasonable effort to keep it, but a free service with no account cannot promise permanence: treat a saved game as a convenience, not as something backed up.
Leaderboard entries can be removed if a score is obviously fabricated. That judgement is ours and it is not negotiable, though it is also not personal — we are removing a number, not banning a person.
What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. Games are tested before they go up, but this is a small operation, not a studio with a QA department: something will occasionally break, a game may be changed or withdrawn, and the site may be unavailable while it is being updated.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost scores, lost time, or anything that follows from the site being down or a game behaving badly. Where local law gives you rights that cannot be signed away, those rights stand and nothing here overrides them.
Changes and contact
These terms can change as the site grows; the date at the top changes with them, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
Questions about anything on this page go through the contact page. A real person reads them.
