About Shuttle Arena
Shuttle Arena is badminton played in real 3D, from behind your own baseline. The shuttle is the slowest projectile in racquet sport and the fastest off the head, and the game is built around that gap: a smash arrives before you can think, and a drop takes so long to fall that you have time to watch yourself fail to reach it. Every rally is a negotiation between those two speeds.
You choose two things on every shot — where it lands and how hard it travels. The aim pad sets a target anywhere in your opponent's half, short to deep and left to right, and the power slider runs from a soft touch to a flat drive. Four shots come off those choices: the smash down, the drop just over the net, the deep clear to push them back, and the drive flat through the middle.
Where you stand is the other half of it
Stamina drains as you cover the court, and a rally you win by running is a rally that costs you the next one. Assisted footwork moves you automatically so you can concentrate on aim and timing; turn it off and the court is yours to cover. Jump for a steeper smash, dive to reach what you should not have reached, and watch the shuttle come back anyway.
There are three ways in. A quick match to eleven, a full match over the best of three to twenty-one, or free practice with no score at all. The career ladder runs ten venues from the Hyderabad Club to Tokyo Ice and Dubai Gold, with opponents who play differently rather than just harder, and a locker of rackets, shoes and courtwear earned along the way. Career results also feed a rankings board — daily, weekly and all-time, split between club and challenge match wins and cup titles won, resetting at midnight India time with weeks starting Monday.
How to play Shuttle Arena
Move with W A S D. Aim with the arrow keys or the mouse — the marker on the far court is where the shuttle is going.
Press Space to smash, J to drop, I for a deep clear and L for a drive. The power slider, or keys 1 to 3, sets how hard.
Serve with Space. Win the rally to win the point; the match length depends on the mode you chose.
Play the career ladder to unlock venues and gear, or take a quick match against Rookie, Club or Pro.

Shuttle Arena — frequently asked questions
Is Shuttle Arena free?
Yes. It runs in the browser with no download and no sign-up. Your career progress, gear and results save in the browser you play in.
Is it really 3D?
Yes — the court, the players and the shuttle are all rendered in 3D, and you can change the camera with C. The shuttle's flight is what the whole game is read from, so the view matters.
What is assisted footwork?
With it on, you are moved into position automatically and only choose aim, shot and power. With it off you cover the court yourself. It is the main difficulty setting, more than Rookie, Club or Pro.
How long is a match?
A quick match is first to eleven. A full match is the best of three games to twenty-one. Free practice never ends.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. There is a joystick for movement, an aim pad, a power slider and buttons for all four shots, plus jump, dive and sprint.
What is in the career?
Ten venues from the Hyderabad Club to Tokyo Ice and Dubai Gold, opponents with different styles rather than just higher numbers, and rackets, shoes and courtwear unlocked as you go.
Why did my smash go out?
Power and target are separate. A full-power shot aimed deep will overshoot — pull the target shorter, or drop the power, and the same swing lands in.
What are the Rankings?
A board of career results drawn from saved progress: daily, weekly and all-time, split between individual match wins and tournament cup titles. It sorts on wins, then on prize coins earned. Free play does not count towards it, and it is a bit of fun rather than a verified competition.
